Position: Director Of Sales & Growth

Who We Are

We’re a fast-growing real estate team in Boston, and we’re entering our next phase of expansion.

We are looking for a Director of Sales & Growth
, a strategic leader to design scalable recruiting systems, drive market share growth, and elevate overall team performance.

This is a high-impact, executive-level role
. You’ll work directly with the team leadership to shape growth strategy and implement systems that deliver predictable, repeatable results.

Compensation
  • Expected end-of-year earnings: $150,000+
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Bonuses opportunities

$150,000+ Base + Commission

Responsibilities

What You’ll Own

  • Build and execute a 3–5 year growth plan
  • Oversee recruiting strategy and pipeline development
  • Track key performance metrics across agents and business units
  • Analyze market trends and competitive positioning
  • Implement systems for productivity, accountability, and retention
  • Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and expansion
  • Partner with leadership to align team goals with growth strategy

Qualifications
