- Role: Engagement Manager
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of project work streams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Develop and manage hypotheses relevant to operational improvement and value creation
- Facilitate data collection, modeling, and analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; act as the primary contact for project-related inquiries
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations and presentations
- Lead discussions with clients to review findings and implications for value enhancement
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional development and collaboration
- Manage project teams effectively, ensuring high-quality execution
- Strategic Insight: Conduct thorough operational due diligence focusing on cost optimization, top-line growth strategies (including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and sales drivers), and organizational structure analysis
- Rapidly assess EBITDA impact from potential value creation initiatives
- Professional
Experience:
Minimum of 5 – 8+ years in management consulting, with a focus on private equity or operational improvements - Previous experience leading operational due diligence projects and implementing post-deal strategies to enhance portfolio performance

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities are essential - Ability to dissect complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Communication
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership - Team

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in fast-paced environments - Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of private equity dynamics and operational frameworks

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree from a reputed institution; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred
