* The Account Manager oversees daily janitorial operations across a large, urban higher‑education campus environment in Boston, MA. This role ensures high‑quality custodial services, optimal staffing, and consistent service delivery that supports academic, administrative, and residential facilities. The Account Manager coordinates operational planning, quality assurance, client relationship management, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training employees; planning and directing work; conducting performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving issues to maintain client satisfaction and operational excellence.
