A leading biotechnology company located in Boston is seeking an Executive Director for North America Commercial Operations. This role requires strong leadership to manage diverse functions including Commercial Data Management and Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the Commercial Pharmaceutical industry, a strategic mindset, and exceptional communication skills. The position is hybrid-eligible, offering flexibility to work remotely up to two days a week or on-site five days a week.

Competitive salary range is $265,600 - $398,400 with bonus potential and extensive benefits.
