Key Responsibilities Operational Execution- Support oversight of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistent execution of systems and standards.
- Partner with General Managers to improve performance, guest experience, and team engagement.
- Execute operational initiatives with discipline and attention to detail.
- Ensure alignment with established leadership direction and company objectives.
- Coach and support General Managers in leadership, accountability, and hospitality standards.
- Identify talent gaps and assist in building a strong leadership bench.
- Embrace ongoing feedback from senior leadership and model a growth mindset.
- Monitor key performance indicators including sales, labor, food cost, and operational standards.
- Assist in driving profitability while protecting culture and guest experience.
- Participate in structured performance reviews and operational audits.
- Champion a hospitality-first mindset across all teams.
