• Support oversight of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistent execution of systems and standards.
• Partner with General Managers to improve performance, guest experience, and team engagement.

• Ensure alignment with established leadership direction and company objectives.

• Coach and support General Managers in leadership, accountability, and hospitality standards.
• Identify talent gaps and assist in building a strong leadership bench.

• Monitor key performance indicators including sales, labor, food cost, and operational standards.
• Assist in driving profitability while protecting culture and guest experience.
