Manager of Colleague Development and Learning

As the Manager of Colleague Development and Learning, you are a strategic leader and connector accountable for
1) qualifying, performance and management of the consulting team and,
2) the performance processes and standards, learning and enablement, and career coaching across the organization.

What You’ll Lead Qualifying, Performance and Management of the Consulting Team (75%)
  • Conduct structured capability-based assessment of consulting candidates in alignment with Triverus standards and expectations.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management in hiring decisions.
  • Actively manage consultant performance by setting clear expectations and providing actionable feedback and direction to support growth and development.
  • Provide consultants with support through growth, setbacks, transitions, and unassigned periods.
  • Resolve performance and satisfaction issues with empathy and transparency, collaborating effectively with Talent Management, Client Success, Business Development, Operations, and other key departments.
  • Build trusted personal relationships to understand individual consultant goals, challenges, and well-being. Helping consultants navigate challenges, seize growth opportunities, and maintain confidence in their career journey.
  • Connect colleagues to organizational goals and needs.
Performance Processes and Standards (10%)
  • Drive accountability and clarity, ensuring performance processes are fair, transparent, and consistently applied.
  • Evolve capabilities model and level guidelines for the Career Landscape to maintain alignment of performance standards and expectations to business needs.
  • Evolve and lead the process for annual assessment and colleague growth journeys.
Learning and Enablement (10%)
  • Partner with internal teams to facilitate development and use of learning pathways that deliver meaningful learning experiences.
  • Champion colleague capability development, so consultants not only meet standards but thrive and grow beyond them.
  • Serve as business owner and administrator of Triverus University and the online learning platform.
Career Coaching (5%)
  • Oversee Triverus Career Coaching Program, providing colleagues with support for navigating challenges, seizing growth opportunities, and building confidence throughout their growth journey.

Triverus offers benefits including bonus, profit sharing, 401k, health and wellness, flexible PTO and never work on your birthday. Triverus is committed to equitable compensation practices. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $180-210k. Actual compensation will depend upon factors, such as, individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
