OverviewOne behalf of our client in the greater Boston area, we are seeking multiple Program Managers, associate level to more senior, to own and drive the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle, guiding products from early concept through launch and eventual end-of-life.
These roles partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality.
The Program Manager serves as the connective link across engineering, operations, marketing, and commercial teams—aligning stakeholders, managing risk, and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced product development environment. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who leads through influence and thrives in dynamic, execution-focused settings.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new consumer products from concept to market
- Own program planning and execution across the full product lifecycle
- Develop and manage timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Partner with internal teams to support go-to-market readiness and commercialization
- Track and report on program KPIs to support data-driven decision making

- Identify resource gaps and drive solutions to maintain program velocity
- Act as a liaison between global and local teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business-related field preferred
- Experience in program management or product development (range flexible)
- Background in consumer goods or regulated product environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar), Excel, and Power Point
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- High energy, accountable, and action-oriented mindset
