One of the fastest-growing industrial groups in Europe — and a globally leading defence supplier — is seeking a CEO – Electronics to lead and scale a strategically critical business unit.

This is not a maintenance mandate.

This is a scale-up leadership opportunity in a structurally under supplied defence electronics market.

The business unit is already performing strongly in its core markets and holds advanced capabilities in high-demand electronic components and systems. Backed by a financially robust and ambitious Group, the platform is positioned for accelerated organic growth and targeted M&A.

As CEO of the Electronics division, you will:

• Hold full end-to-end P&L responsibility
• Define and execute the growth strategy
• Lead all core functions (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, R&D)
• Expand international defence customer relationships (including NATO and governmental stakeholders)
• Scale industrial and development capabilities
• Drive commercial expansion organically and via acquisitions

You will report directly to Group leadership and play a key role in shaping the future of this high-growth platform.

• Proven CEO or Business Unit leadership experience with full P&L accountability
• Strong track record in defence electronics (non negotiable)
• Established relationships within NATO and international defence ecosystems
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary industrial organisations
• Commercially sharp, strategic, and execution-driven

• Direct strategic impact within a global defence leader
• High-growth environment with strong capital backing
• Opportunity to build a critical asset in a geopolitically relevant sector
