Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $17.00 Per Hour

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm)

• Property managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability are accurate.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk and navigate facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal clean and free of debris.

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required for travel between locations and other work‑related business; mileage reimbursement available.
