Who has led $50M–$80M high-end multifamily projects across New England and is ready to run a division?

I’m partnered with a vertically integrated General Contractor + Real Estate Development firm with a strong pipeline of luxury multifamily work across the region.

They are hiring a Project Executive to lead the multifamily division.

• Oversight of multiple $50M–$80M ground-up luxury multifamily projects
• Full P&L accountability
• Leadership of Project Managers and Superintendents across the region
• Schedule, cost, and quality performance across the portfolio
• Executive-level client and ownership relationships

• 20+ years of construction experience
• Proven leadership of high-end multifamily projects in New England
• Experience working for both a General Contractor and a Real Estate Development firm
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience in podium, wood-frame, and/or mid-rise construction

• Strong regional pipeline of repeat developer work
• Top-of-market compensation
