Location: Greater Boston
Pay: $180,000 - $220,000+ DOE
Schedule: on site 95%, in office 5%

We are working with one of the top General Contractors in Boston to expand their Life Science division. Their Life Science team specializes in delivering complex projects across lab, pharmaceutical, and biotech facilities primarily ranging from Downtown Boston through the Waltham/Framingham areas. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience running large-scale projects who can take full ownership of project delivery, overseeing budgets, schedules, safety, and client satisfaction.

What you'll do:

• Lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
• Mentor PMs, APMs, and support staff
• Partner with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency

What you bring:

• 10+ years of construction management experience (Life Science project experience required)
• Proven track record running projects $20M+
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related
