Location: Boston, MA
Pay: $180,000 - $220,000+ DOE
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
We're partnered with one of the most highly respected Commercial General Contractors specializing in high-end corporate interiors and fast-paced tenant improvement projects throughout Greater Boston. They pride themselves on exceptional client service, quality craftsmanship, and strong repeat business with well-known local organizations. They are looking for an experienced Project Executive to lead major interior renovation projects, mentor project teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-profile work.

What you get to do:
• Lead large and complex commercial interior projects from planning through turnover
• Manage client relationships, subcontractor partnerships, and overall job performance
• Oversee preconstruction strategy, scheduling, buyout, and budgeting
• Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain accurate schedules and site execution
• Review financials, track project performance, and resolve issues proactively
• Mentor and guide Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
• Support punch list, closeout, and final delivery to ensure client satisfaction
What you need to succeed:
• 15+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong background in corporate interiors/tenant improvement projects
• Proven leadership experience overseeing large, complex jobs
• Ability to develop schedules, manage budgets, and drive client satisfaction
• Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills
• Experience with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
