Blue Collar Services is seeking an HVAC General Manager in the Greater Boston Area. The role combines operational management with field leadership, allowing the right candidate to shape a growing HVAC division.
Ideal applicants will have an active Massachusetts HVAC license and at least 15 years of experience in the field. Aside from a strong technical foundation, we're looking for someone who prides themselves on developing others and shares our commitment to quality work and client trust.
The position offers a competitive base salary of $105K–$135K plus profit-sharing, health insurance, and PTO.
