The Company is in search of a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead a small, independent company with a strong mission-focused approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, operational excellence, team leadership, financial management, business development, product development, and stakeholder management. This role is pivotal in the company's growth journey, with a clear ambition to scale rapidly and inspire positive change through innovative products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior leadership role, particularly within the wellness, health, or consumer goods sector, and must demonstrate a passion for mindfulness, wellness, and personal growth. Key qualifications for the role include a degree, and probably an MBA, with a background in D2C/B2C consumer goods. The role demands a leader with strong operational and financial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
