Deposit Operations Assistant Manager
Boston Area | $65K-$75K + Bonus | Full-Time | On-Site
Excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Deposit Operations Manager role as the current manager prepares for retirement. Stable financial institution offering strong benefits, growth opportunity, and leadership exposure.
Responsibilities- Support daily deposit operations including ACH, wires, debit cards, disputes, IRAs, and share draft processing
- Assist with managing a team including 2 direct reports
- Handle escalated account research and member issues
- Monitor fraud trends, compliance, and operational controls
- Assist with reporting, reconciliations, workflows, and vendor relationships
- Support staff coaching, scheduling, and performance management
- 3+ years of banking/deposit operations experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of ACH, Regulation E/D, wires, disputes, and back-office banking operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- On-site position in the Boston area
- Rotating Monday-Saturday schedule
- $65K-$75K plus bonus
