** JOB SUMMARY
** Provides high-level leadership for all administrative and financial functions of a college or division. Develops and implements strategic plans, manages complex budgets, and oversees resource allocation to achieve organizational goals.

** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
*** Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred
* 6-8 years of related work experience required
* Experience managing others or leading a project or program

ACCOUNTABILITIES
*** Leads comprehensive financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the organization.
* Develops and executes long-term operational and financial strategies to support the mission and goals of the college or division.
* Represents the organization in university-wide committees, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and priorities.
* Establishes and enforces administrative and financial policies to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
* Provides mentorship and leadership to management teams, cultivating a collaborative and results-driven environment.
