The Vice President, Equity Investments will own and drive all multifamily acquisitions in a defined regional territory (Southeast/Midwest), including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, legal negotiation, and closing of core, core plus, and value-add multifamily property acquisitions, debt investments, and equity joint venture investments for development. Responsibilities include identifying strategic opportunities and developing a sourcing strategy targeting on-market and off-market transactions, developing and fostering strong industry relationships with brokers, developer partners, and operator partners, and supervising and mentoring junior acquisitions officers on market research and underwriting.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in multifamily real estate acquisitions across core, core plus, and value-add strategies, a strong network of broker and developer relationships in the Southeast and Midwest markets, and the ability to maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
