JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Operations Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager and President of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Staff management
- Hiring and training
- Crew scheduling and training
- Must be able to operate 3 vessels as needed
- Seasonal nights and weekend availability required
- Captain with 100 Ton or greater
- 5 years of experience in maritime management
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and staffing applications
- Customer service/skills are preferred
