Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Property Manager to oversee a thriving 200+ unit affordable housing community in the Roxbury/Dorchester area. Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large affordable housing community.

* Lead, coach, and develop onsite staff while fostering a positive team culture.

* Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs and regulatory requirements.

* Monitor occupancy, resident retention, leasing activity, and financial performance.

* Partner with maintenance staff to maintain community appearance and resident satisfaction.

* Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and community stakeholders.

* Manage budgets, reporting, collections, and operational goals.

* Deliver an exceptional resident experience while maintaining a high-performing property.

Qualifications

* Previous Property Management experience, preferably within Affordable Housing.

* Experience with programs such as LIHTC, Section 8, Project-Based Section 8, or other affordable housing programs.

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

* Strong leadership, communication, and resident relations skills.

* Experience managing larger communities (200+ units preferred).

* Proficiency with Yardi, Real Page, One Site, or similar property management software.

* A proactive, self-motivated "go-getter" who is looking for long-term career growth.
