Salary: $170,000–$185,000 base

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team across a multi‑state affordable housing portfolio.
• Oversee all aspects of accounting and compliance.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Manage and elevate financial and investor reporting, partnering closely with the CFO.
• Drive process improvement, controls, and scalable accounting practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10 years of real estate accounting experience; affordable housing / HUD / Section 8 experience strongly preferred.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• CPA and/or Master’s degree preferred.
