The HOA Portfolio Property Manager is accountable for the performance of their portfolio and leading their team members within their portfolio to ensure an excellent experience for clients and residents.
Portfolio members primarily include the Property Coordinator and cross‑functional management of accounting, maintenance, and site staff assigned to the portfolio.
Key Accountabilities- Strategic ownership and planning for the portfolio, including scheduling and hosting regularly recurring planning meetings with clients.
- Financial performance oversight, measured by variance between budget and actual NOI.
- Client (Board of Trustees) communication and satisfaction.
- Risk management of the portfolio.
- Oversight of the management of the physical buildings within the portfolio.
