Vice President, Client Service; Google

Role Overview

Vice President, Client Service in the Media business s critical leadership role partners with a strategic global client and shapes how we deliver complex, large‑scale programmes combining data, technology, and human insight.

Based in North America (remote or hybrid considered).

• Lead senior client engagement, building trusted relationships and driving strategic conversations with key stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery of complex, multi‑region programmes, ensuring quality, consistency, and commercial success.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and thought leadership development.
• Partner across teams to deliver innovative solutions, including AI and API‑based products.
• Establish clear operating rhythms, aligning global teams and ensuring effective communication and governance.

• Media measurement expertise.
• Ad‑tech ecosystem experience, working with platforms like Google, Meta, Tik Tok, etc., and understanding how they operate as both brands and media platforms.
• Proven senior leadership experience in client service or programme delivery, including commercial and solution‑based thinking (cross‑sell/upsell).
• Strong track record managing complex, cross‑functional and multi‑region programmes.
• Experience working with media, technology, or data‑led solutions, including exposure to AI or API delivery.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget oversight, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Salary range: $145,000 - $195,000 annually.
