Commercial construction project manager for multi‑family residential projects. Oversee office and field operations, manage the full construction lifecycle from preconstruction to final closeout, and lead a team of contractors, subcontractors, and support staff to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on mid‑size commercial construction projects.
• Experience with multi‑family residential projects.
• Experience managing the full construction lifecycle from preconstruction to final closeout.
• OSHA 10/30 certification.
• PMP certification preferred.
