The hiring manager is looking for strong vendor management experience with an Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
Our pharmaceutical client is seeking a Vendor Manager who will be accountable for managing and partnering with external partners to align service delivery needs and to ensure they are performing against KPI's. The initial role will be to manage the relationship with key suppliers of contingent workers, and as a period of change comes, the successful candidate will be instrumental in leading the transition, supporting partners through this process and ensuring the service exceeds expectations for the business.
In addition, the individual will be involved in the development of a Vendor Management System and need to have an operations mind-set providing insights to external recruitment market trends and internal talent acquisition trends.
