In this role, you will supervise staff, oversee the federal LSTA program, and provide advisory services to library leaders. Ideal candidates should have at least five years of professional experience in library administration, with three years in a supervisory role. A Master’s degree in Library Science is preferred, and strong communication skills are essential.

The role may offer a hybrid work schedule and competitive salary between $85,967.20 and $ annually.
