Our agency client is hiring a Project Manager, ideally on the East Coast and with experience using Clickup. 20-30 hours a week through Mid October.
Some details:
- Co-own creative roadmap, timelines, and workbacks
- Manage creative team workload and prioritization
- Translate feedback into actionable next steps
- Assess feedback for completeness, contradictions, and timeline impact
- Track deliverables against agreed scope
- Document scope changes and elevate resource impacts
- Maintain creative status reporting
- Facilitate communication between Creative, Production, Account, and Client teams
- QC against approved feedback and agreed deliverables before client delivery
- Escalate risks, blockers, and resourcing concerns
