We are partnering with a top 10 global biopharma organization seeking a senior Clinical Operations leader to oversee their Clinical Trial Management function in a global capacity.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity responsible for guiding a team of CTLs, supporting the delivery of global Phase I–IV clinical trials, and driving operational excellence across a complex clinical development environment.
Qualifications- 12+ years of experience in clinical development, clinical operations, or trial management within pharma/CRO
- Proven success leading global, cross-functional teams
- Strong experience across multiple trial phases and therapeutic areas
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive operational improvements
- Experience with oncology clinical trials preferred
