Floor Supervisor at Smash & Co
Own floor operations, scheduling and guest experience with full P&L awareness for a busy outlet. Lead and motivate the team daily.
Job details- Employment type: Full Time
- Experience: 2+ years
- Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management; team-leading experience
- Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Mon–Sat; 1 day/week off (rotational)
- Pay period: Hourly
- Lead daily floor operations
- Roster and manage staff shifts
- Own guest experience and reviews
- Track P&L, costs and targets
- Ensure SOP and compliance
Walk-in interview, 11 AM – 4 PM | Mon–Sat.
