Program Manager – Investment Management
As an IM COO Program Manager you will be the primary face‑off with the COO Investment Management Product, Platform and Services pillars and the IM CAO Strategic Program Management organization to deliver strategic initiatives and drive the achievement of IM Objective Key Results (OKRs). You will work with technology and business to define, document and implement appropriate program governance, understand and document requirements, and ensure target‑state solutions support IM business requirements.
You will drive joint and internal governance with stakeholders, develop and maintain project plans, status reports, issue and action logs and scope and requirement documents. Proactive issue management, decision‑making facilitation, and closure of all program aspects will be critical. You will manage subject matter experts and project managers, lead governance meetings, track resources, hours, hiring, budgets and communicate status to team members.
- Lead joint and internal program governance with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, issue and action logs, and scope and requirements documents.
- Ensure active issue management and facilitate decision‑making.
- Drive closure on contracts, scope, solution, sequencing, planning, development, testing, conversion and post‑conversion activities.
- Manage subject matter experts and project managers to deliver end‑to‑end solution.
- Lead governance meetings, set agendas, and document minutes.
- Track resources, hours, hiring, budgets, and report globally.
- Actively communicate work status with other team members.
- Project management experience on large complex programs.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently or with a team.
- Creative problem‑solving skills.
- Strong sense of urgency with ability to respond to shifting priorities.
- Leadership and strong communication and relationship‑management skills.
- Business/industry knowledge and IT acumen.
- Professional documentation skills with strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Working knowledge of MS Project, Jira and Clarity preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with demonstrated interest in Business, Finance or Computer Science.
- PMP certification preferred.
$110,000 – $188,750 per year. The range quoted applies to the primary location; rates outside that location may differ.
