Territory Manager

Overview

A Territory Manager of Operations is a regional leader who ensures organizational, operational, financial, and revenue goals are met within a designated region. The Territory Manager has P&L responsibility for the site locations within the region and is responsible for delivering year‑over‑year net revenue growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, driving operational excellence, partnering with the sales organization to develop business opportunities, delivering client‑based operational solutions, coordinating operational initiatives, tracking performance against key metrics, and coaching team members to ensure optimum performance and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and deliver the regional operations budget.
• Monitor regional operations performance and forecast to budget.
• Review P&L performance for each site within the region.
• Build long‑term operations plans to drive operational excellence and achieve target profit margins.
• Lead Patient, Customer and Team Member satisfaction initiatives.
• Balance regional resources to ensure effective implementation of key initiatives, and report performance to Senior Management.
• Manage team member performance, analyze individual and team performance against KPIs, and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with sales leaders on strategic account management to build upon existing business and deliver additional service solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Support business development through strategic account planning, cultivate consultative relationships with hospital C‑level executives, and identify mobile to fixed conversion opportunities and new service lines.
• Maintain regional regulatory compliance and monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations (OSPOD, OSHA, Joint Commission, NRC, DHS, ACR, and other governing bodies).
• Ensure highest standards of patient care and compliance with regional quality and safety programs.
• Handle full HR lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, performance management, talent development, and termination of team members.
• Partner with LAT operations on staff actions related to performance or business needs.
• Perform any other special projects or duties assigned by management.

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience is required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Healthcare Sales and/or Operations Management role; experience in a healthcare service environment preferred.
• Strong competency in financial reporting and analysis, with a high level of accountability for operational efficiency.
• Prior Diagnostic Imaging experience is preferred, but not required.
• Job requires 60% local travel.
• COVID‑19 vaccination may be a condition of employment.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check and drug screen is required.
