As the Maintenance Manager, you will supervise the department, collaborating with other managers to ensure facility success. Your role will involve leading the maintenance team with expertise and guidance, promoting a safe work environment and driving positive change.

Implement a comprehensive safety strategy to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Establish clear objectives for all staff members and devise sustainable safety practices for maximum efficacy.

Develop and execute a robust facility maintenance plan, providing guidance to the team. Monitor KPIs and ensure timely reporting to optimize plant performance and productivity.
