Program Manager – Enterprise Software

Role:
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing enterprise software projects, including risk, critical path, budget, and schedule management. The position requires onsite work at 125 Summer Street in downtown Boston on a hybrid schedule and close collaboration with R&D teams.
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Identify and manage critical path, ensure appropriate program level definition across all stakeholders, and manage the program from concept to commercialization.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs.
- Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of the project and scope.
- Maintain compliance with the Stage Gate Process, quality system, and SOPs.
- Escalate issues appropriately and mitigate team conflict and communication problems.
- Motivate team to work efficiently together.
- Leverage project management tools to develop schedules and report status.
- Create and enforce governance to ensure alignment and clear objectives.
- Maintain product design history file, regulatory standards, and QMS compliance.
- Track lessons learned and share with team members.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; BS in Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of program management experience leading software development programs.
- Experience managing medical device development programs (ClassII/III) under FDA Quality Systems Regulations.
- Experience with FDA Quality Systems Regulations, CE Marking, and ISO Quality Systems.
Salary Range
