AM Sales Manager (Call Center) — Full Time Management

Location:

6160 Commander Pkwy, Norfolk, VA, US

Salary Range: $52,000.00 To $52,000.00 Annually

• Lead a team of 15-20 team members in a positive atmosphere in a remote setting while working in office.
• Manage inbound calls from diverse customers interested in a medical and security alert system, and ensure service quality and performance.
• Serve as an active advocate for the company and its employees by relaying goals, quality standards, processes, and procedures through servant leadership.
• Create an upbeat work culture with development opportunities, training, games, incentives, and advancement opportunities to develop sales skills.
• Educate and support sales representatives by listening, identifying needs, communicating clearly, and providing solutions to questions and concerns.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience leading a team in a call center environment
• At least one year of experience in leading a remote team
• Experience in monitoring call quality, call queue, and coaching sales
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
• A customer-focused approach with adaptability to new situations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
• Ability to motivate and engage a sales team

Pay: $52,000 with opportunities for monthly/quarterly bonuses

Full-Time AM
