Sr. Manager of Sales & Resident Experience (Sr. Leasing Manager)

• Hire, recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise and assess performance of leasing staff.
• Drive the sales process and serve as team cheerleader.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and deal effectively with persons from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain professional resident communications regarding concerns, service requests and other items via newsletters and other media.
• Actively engage in the ever‑changing promotional/social/content marketing landscape.
• Serve as a “Social Media Ambassador” for Berkshire Communities.

• Three years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Ability to think critically and analytically when setting goals and reporting results.
• Demonstrated leadership in team management.
• Adaptability to new technologies.
• Proficiency in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.

Current anticipated annual base salary range: $56,300 - $65,000. Base salary within the range will be determined by various factors including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills and qualifications.
