Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Assistant General Manager to lead all aspects of our restaurant's operations. The ideal candidate is a visionary and results-driven leader with a passion for excellence in hospitality. This role is responsible for the overall success of the establishment, encompassing financial performance, team leadership, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The Assistant General Manager will be the face of the brand, embodying our core values and driving our team to achieve ambitious goals.

This position reports directly to the corporate leadership team.

• Experience:
  
  At least 5+ years of managerial experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant, with a proven track record of leadership in a similar role.
• Business Acumen:
  Expert knowledge of P&L management, COGS, and financial analysis. Ability to develop and adhere to budgets, forecast sales, and drive profitability.
• Leadership:
  Exceptional leadership skills in recruiting, developing, and mentoring a full team, including Managers and all FOH and BOH staff.
• Strategic Vision:
  Ability to think on a strategic level, setting long-term goals and creating plans to achieve them.

  Oversee all daily operations, ensuring that the establishment runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing inventory, purchasing, and ensuring adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Team Development:
  Lead, mentor, and inspire the management team and all staff members. This includes creating a positive work environment, conducting regular performance reviews, and developing career paths for top talent.
