CSL is transforming its R&D organization to accelerate innovation and create greater impact for patients. The Director, Project Management Search & Evaluation will drive external innovation assessments and governance, partnering across R&D, BD, Legal and Finance.
The role is based in a hybrid model with offices in King of Prussia, PA or Waltham MA, onsite three days a week. You will guide end‑to‑end evaluations, coordinate teams, and enable timely, high‑quality decision making.
