The Home for Little Wanderers' Harrington House in Dorchester, MA is seeking a Residential Supervisor to support youth who have experienced trauma and/or significant emotional and behavioral challenges. The role runs Thursday-Saturday 11PM-9AM within a trauma-informed care model.
You will collaborate with the Milieu/Program Director to ensure staffing coverage, hire/train/supervise staff, and lead team meetings with ongoing training and supervision.
