Direct oversight of employees on a designated account or shift;
Patrol the Terminal, Ramp, and Cargo Area to ensure operations meet productivity and customer service requirements;
Provide technical guidance and assist front-line employees in performing tasks;
Schedule management including days off and vacations at least one week in advance;
Coordinate with leadership to cover callouts and adjust staffing as needed;
Conduct safety and quality audits and ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards;
Maintain daily shift reports and communicate with Account Managers to optimize staffing;
Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as necessary
