Assists the GM/F&B Multi Unit Manager I in supervising day-to-day activities of associates within the unit;
Interviews job candidates and makes hiring decisions for associates within the unit;
Reads and understands financial and operational data and reports to monitor progress towards unit goals and set staff assignments;
Ensures that all shifts are covered by assigning work tasks and preparing schedules;
Ensures compliance with wellness and safety procedures and guidelines and reports safety concerns to the GM
