Complex Assistant Manager
Join RBC Wealth Management and become an integral member of the Complex Management Team by serving as the primary liaison between the complex, branches and other corporate departments. As the Complex Assistant Manager (CAM), you will accelerate and drive the firm's strategic initiatives by fostering meaningful partnerships, relationships and inclusive culture across the complex.

What will you do?
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 7+ years of industry experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence others while building relationships
- Ability to independently manage multiple demands and competing priorities and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Series 7, 8 (or 9/10) and 66 (or 63/65) and Insurance licenses required for each state in complex
Nice-to-have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of investment products and strategies, and understanding of the operations of a branch office

The expected salary range for this particular position is $99,000 - $176,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
