We are seeking an experienced Lab Project Manager to lead and coordinate laboratory projects while ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will work closely with laboratory operations, research teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage project execution, laboratory initiatives, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end laboratory projects from planning through execution and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with laboratory staff, scientists, researchers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables while ensuring timely completion.
• Support laboratory operations, equipment implementation, facility upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project challenges and drive successful outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and change management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve laboratory workflows and operational efficiency.
