ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Health & Safety (Biosafety Focus) based in Ewing, NJ. You will lead biosafety strategy across BSL‑1 and BSL‑2 environments, with a strong preference for BSL‑3 oversight, and shape governance, training, and safety culture across major biotech and pharma clients.
You will mentor consultants, manage critical risk programs, and collaborate with account teams to grow client relationships while delivering high-impact safety outcomes.
