The opportunity

The Global Integrated Planning Leader is responsible for designing, orchestrating, and governing the firm’s end‑to‑end integrated planning model globally. This role unifies strategic planning, revenue and account planning, and financial planning into a single, holistic planning framework that aligns long‑term strategy with market‑facing execution.

Reporting jointly to the Group CFO FP&A and the Global C&I COO, this leader will define the global “north star” for integrated planning, establish a consistent enterprise‑wide planning program, and ensure that strategic priorities, go‑to‑market programs, financial targets, and operational execution are fully aligned to one planning process to drive growth.

The role encompasses both an integrated planning strategy and technology enablement, including ownership of the transition to a new integrated planning platform that leverages existing systems such as CRM, Mercury, Talent systems, and aligns with the work underway through MDP. The successful candidate will be a key member of both the FP&A Leadership Team and the C&I Leadership Team, working cross functionally across Finance, C&I, Markets, Talent, Operations, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Integrated Planning Strategy

  • Define and maintain the global integrated planning “north star,” aligning strategy, markets, sectors, service lines, financial planning, talent, and ecosystem priorities.

  • Establish a globally consistent planning methodology, including clear roles, governance, timelines, and decision rights.

  • Ensure alignment between long‑term strategic ambitions, annual planning cycles, and in‑year performance management.

  • Cross‑Enterprise Orchestration

  • Coordinate planning across Finance, Clients & Industries, markets, sectors, service lines, Big Bets, and regional leadership teams.

  • Integrate demand‑side and supply‑side planning to enable more accurate revenue, margin, and profit forecasts.

  • Incorporate market insights, competitive intelligence, client demand signals, and pipeline progression into forward‑looking plans.

  • Work closely with Finance, Talent, Operations, and Markets to ensure the planning model is connected, data‑driven, and scalable.

  • Growth Strategy & Performance Enablement

  • Partner with leadership to translate strategy into execution through go‑to‑market plans, sales motions, account strategies, GCSP programs, and ecosystem plays.

  • Support the development of integrated growth plans tied to measurable pipeline, revenue, and profitability outcomes.

  • Governance, Rhythm of the Business & Operating Cadence

  • Establish and govern a unified global planning calendar integrating strategic, financial, talent, and go‑to‑market planning.

  • Ensure leadership has clear visibility into progress, risks, opportunities, and cross‑functional dependencies.

  • Data, Insights & Decision Support

  • Create a consistent insights backbone to enable fact‑based planning and rapid decision‑making.

  • Partner with Finance, Data, and Analytics teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of forecasts, dashboards, and integrated performance views.

  • Embed scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and multi‑year modelling into planning cycles.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on performance and forecast expectations against plan.

  • Technology, Platform Implementation & Enablement

  • Lead the global transition to a new integrated planning platform, serving as the business owner for the solution.

  • Define global requirements for planning systems, including data structures, workflows, integrations, permissions, and reporting.

  • Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, financial planning tools, talent systems, pipeline tools, and other enterprise platforms.

  • Lead UAT, global rollout, adoption, and change enablement.

  • Establish governance for platform usage, enhancements, and ongoing optimization.

  • Champion automation, digital‑first processes, and AI‑enabled insights where appropriate.

  • Team Leadership & Capability…
