Reporting to the Chief of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology and the Administrative Director, the Program Manager provides operational, administrative, and project support for the Gynecologic Oncology Program and related cancer initiatives. The role works closely with faculty, research leaders, clinical trials teams, finance, philanthropy, patient advocates, and administrative partners to support daily operations, strategic projects, and special initiatives, and may oversee interns and temporary staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating disease-focused and research working groups, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and materials, tracking follow-up items, planning retreats, supporting leadership meetings, developing donor and program materials, and managing digital communications and social media. The Program Manager also supports research and institutional priorities by coordinating grant activities, organizing program meetings, tracking deadlines and deliverables, contributing to reporting and grant development, assisting with manuscripts, reviewing scientific updates, and supporting educational events and other divisional projects.

The Program Manager III is responsible for the execution and leadership of complex programs that have a significant impact on departmental or organizational goals. This role involves managing multiple high-priority projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring program success through effective stakeholder engagement. The Program Manager will drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Focuses on strategic program outcomes and goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate program documentation and ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement strategic plans for program execution, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and long‑term goals.
