Job Description
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund Reporting Manager to join our Accounting Services team. This role is located in Boston, MA and requires you to be in the office 4 days per week.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the preparation and distribution of fund reports by demonstrating expertise in accounting services and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, aligning with BNY's strategic objectives.
- Drive process improvements within the fund reporting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy, supporting operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Typically 4-7 years of experience in fund reporting or a related accounting services role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
