An industry leading commercial drywall client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Drywall Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of various commercial drywall projects in the Boston, MA area.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of acoustical prefab walls projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment for each project.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
  • Manage and lead a team of contractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to complete the project successfully.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and communication logs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in acoustical prefab walls technology and techniques.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the management team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of acoustical ceiling and commercial drywall projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of OnScreen Takeoff and Quick Bid programs
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Company provides excellent benefits including insurances, paid vacation time, defined benefit plan and base compensation in the $100,000 to $120,000 range before bonus and incentive!
