Manager, Power Systems Low Voltage Team

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage the Power Systems Low Voltage Offer Management team. This team owns the market strategy and commercial performance of switchboards, power panel boards, low voltage motor control centers, low voltage switch gear, and integrated products. The leader will guide offer strategy, product launches, go-to-market enablement, pricing, positioning, promotions, and lifecycle performance while building strong partnerships across Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations.

• Team Leadership:
  Build, lead, coach, and develop a highly effective team of offer managers, setting clear priorities and accountability while preparing future business leaders.
• Market Research & Strategy:
  Lead market research, voice-of-customer, competitive analysis, and portfolio planning to identify trends, customer needs, growth opportunities, and offer gaps, informing product strategy and R&D roadmaps.
• Product Launches & Lifecycle Management:
  Oversee the planning and execution of new offer launches, enhancements, and portfolio transitions, ensuring commercial readiness, cross-functional alignment, and achievement of business objectives.
• Pricing & Financial Performance:
  Develop pricing and portfolio strategies that support competitive positioning and deliver financial performance goals across orders, shipments, and margin.
• Offer Strategy Using the 4 Ps:
  Apply Product, Price, Place, and Promotion to define differentiated value propositions, optimize routes to market, create demand, and deliver exceptional offer performance.
• Marketing Promotion & Sales Enablement:
  Partner with Marketing and Sales to create impactful campaigns, content, training, and tools that increase awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and accelerate adoption across channels and market segments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Build and maintain effective relationships across Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations to align priorities, resolve barriers, and execute cohesive growth plans.
• Business Communication:
  Communicate priorities, performance, risks, decisions, and successes clearly to team members, cross-functional partners, and Power Systems leadership.

• Achieves financial performance goals across orders, shipments, and margin for the assigned low voltage systems offers.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships across Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations.
• Builds and leads a highly effective team of offer managers, coaching and guiding future business leaders.
• Uses the 4 Ps of marketing—Product, Price, Place, and Promotion to deliver exceptional offer performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in offer management, product management, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related field.
• Strong people management and coaching skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Significant technical or commercial experience with low voltage power distribution systems, including switchboards, power panel boards, low voltage motor control centers, low voltage switch gear, and integrated products.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to various audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in market research, product launches, and go-to-market strategies is highly desirable.
