Samuel Adams - [Manufacturing Technician / Production Associate] As a Brewing Co-Op at Samuel Adams, you'll:
Assist in daily pilot brewery operations;
Perform cleaning & sanitation of fermentation tanks;
Update, maintain and develop CIP/cleaning procedures for all process equipment;
Fill kegs and maintain CIP and sanitation for the keg filler;
Collect and maintain all records for processing, CIP, cleaning and servicing of equipment.
