- Up to $19.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Production:
Manage the manufacturing process from raw material mixing and extrusion through to final firing and quality control.;
Technical Operation:
Set up, operate, and clean production machinery; adjust parameters to ensure products meet precise specifications.;
Workflow Optimization:
Balance multiple production stages (drying, cutting, etc.) to meet schedules and maximize output.;
Inventory & Logistics:
Monitor material levels, operate forklifts, and manage the storage of raw and finished goods.;
Quality & Troubleshooting:
Document production data and collaborate with engineering to resolve technical or quality issues.
