Pay Range: $62.07

• Support the strategy for the implementation of enterprise-wide upgrades from legacy Avaya/Centrex to a new SIP unified communications platform.
• Create detailed estimates for system builds and large-scale upgrades to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to adhere to project roadmaps and deliver solutions on time.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Avaya Communication Manager, Call Center, and CMS environments during transition phases.
• Develop and document system configurations, procedures, and training materials to facilitate smooth user adoption and ongoing support.

• Experience with enterprise communications systems, particularly Avaya platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex telecommunication environments.
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation and user-friendly training materials.
• Excellent coordination skills to work effectively across multiple teams and vendors.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to work sites as needed.
